I am a 23-year-old CS coach based in Kyiv, Ukraine, with over 5 years of competitive and coaching experience. I started my journey by scouting and building rosters from scratch as an IGL/playing coach before transitioning into a full-time Head Coach role.

Coaching Experience & Teams:

• CSDE (Main Roster): Promoted to lead the main squad, working with players such as 3ippoch, mattloo, maggent, sh1kary, and d3nzy.
• CSDE Academy: Developed young talent and built team structure with trozor, fr1story, pong, wontup, and dimminat0r.
• Tier & Level: Extensive experience coaching at the ESEA Main level and working directly with HLTV-listed players.

Key Achievements & Talent Development: Recently, I have focused on scouting and mentoring young Ukrainian talents (U16–U17), helping them transition from individual play to structured team Counter-Strike. Multiple players have successfully reached HLTV and signed with esports organizations after working with me, including onestly, fr1story, flaksik, makasuke, num, abetka, etc.
