1. What Boosting24 Shield is
Boosting24 Shield is an optional paid add-on bought at checkout for one specific order. It adds the protections listed below to that order only. It is not insurance, it is not transferable between orders and it does not extend to any other order on your account.
2. Price
The price is shown at checkout before you pay and is charged together with the order. It consists of a fixed amount plus a percentage of the order price after any discount code. The amount you were charged is recorded on the order and does not change afterwards, even if we later change the price of the add-on.
3. Rank Recovery Guarantee
If an account penalty issued by the game publisher causes you to lose the rank or progress delivered by the covered order, we will restore the covered rank or progress at no extra cost.
This applies only when all of the following are true:
- the game publisher states that the penalty was issued for rank manipulation or a similar violation related to boosting;
- the date of the violation shown by the game publisher matches the time when the booster was working on the covered order;
- you provide support with a screenshot or other proof showing the reason and date of the penalty;
- the penalty was issued within 30 days of the order being completed;
- you report it to support within 14 days of the penalty being issued.
Restoration covers the rank or progress bought on the covered order, nothing beyond it. Where the account is permanently suspended and restoration is impossible, this guarantee does not apply and does not create a right to a refund.
4. Protected Payment
Your payment is protected through Boosting24 and payment to the booster is released once the order is completed. If the order is not delivered, you can raise a dispute and we will review it.
5. Booster Replacement
You can ask support to move the order to another booster. We will do so where another booster is available for the same service and the order has not yet been completed. Work already delivered stays part of the order.
6. Flexible Order Changes
You can ask support to change the details of the order after purchase, for example the target rank, the server or the account details. Changes that alter the price are settled as a surcharge or a partial refund. We may decline a change once the booster has started work on the part you want changed.
7. Custom Account Preferences
You can set additional preferences for how the order is handled, for example champions, roles or play times. We pass them to the booster and they are followed where the game and the service allow it. Preferences are requests, not guarantees of a specific outcome.
8. Priority Human Support
Shield orders receive priority support. When you need help with your order, your case will be handled by a member of our support team.
9. Refunds
The Shield add-on is non-refundable. The Shield fee will not be refunded, including where the order to which it relates is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or otherwise reimbursed.
This applies regardless of whether any Shield protections or services have been used.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any refund or other remedy that must be provided under applicable mandatory law.
10. What is not covered
- penalties or losses that have nothing to do with the covered order;
- account details that were wrong or out of date when you gave them to us;
- changes made by the game publisher to ranks, seasons or the ranking system itself;
- anything you or a third party did on the account outside of the covered order.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future purchases. The version published when you bought the add-on is the one that applies to your order.
