What a session actually covers
A VOD review starts with a recorded Ranked Tournament and goes round by round: which fights were worth taking, which cash-out should have been given up to a third team, and where the loadout stopped matching the plan.
A live session puts the coach in voice while you play a casual match in your own lobby — class choice, positioning around a cash-out, and the exact moment to disengage get called as they happen rather than reconstructed afterwards from memory.
Most sessions end with two or three named habits and a drill for each, not a general "play better" note — the point is a specific, repeatable fix you can check on your next match yourself.
The ranked ladder your coach is aiming you at
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond each carry four divisions, IV up to I, and above them sits Ruby, which has no divisions at all — it belongs to the top 500 Rank Scores in the region at the end of the season, so it is a moving target rather than a fixed line to cross.
Rank Score is driven by tournament placement more than kill count, which is exactly why coaching pays off above Silver: a team that survives to the final round of a Ranked Tournament climbs faster than one that wins a lot of individual fights and still loses the box.
Ranked itself does not exist until you have finished 60 rounds in a casual mode — Quick Cash, Bank It or Unranked Tournament. A coach can work on casual habits before that point, but the ladder-specific work only starts once the queue is actually open.
How the hours are booked and run
Set your server and platform, browse verified coaches by league, completed orders and reviews, and book the hours you want — the price is shown before you pay, and nothing is charged until a coach is confirmed.
