The code must be unused, not blocked and not past its expiry date. Each code works exactly once.

The card's full value is added straight away — a €10 card is 1 000 points. You'll see it on your loyalty page, ready to use at checkout.
If a code doesn't go through
Most problems are a typo or a code that has already been used. Here is what each message means and who can fix it.
What is a gift card?- “We could not find a gift card with this code”
- One or more characters don't match. Compare the code with the one in your marketplace order — the letters O, I and L and the digits 0 and 1 are never used, so if you read one of them, it is really a different character.
- “This code has already been redeemed”
- Someone has already used it, and a code works only once. If that wasn't you, contact the marketplace seller you bought it from — they can check the sale.
- “This code has expired” or “is no longer valid”
- The card is past the expiry date from its listing, or it was withdrawn. Only the marketplace where you bought it can replace or refund it.
- “This code has been refunded”
- The marketplace refunded this purchase, which switches the code off for good. A refunded code cannot be turned back on — you would need a new card.
