FACEIT is the third-party platform where a large part of the serious Counter-Strike 2 community plays its matchmaking. Every account carries an Elo number and, derived from it, a level from 1 to 10 that shows up next to your nickname in every lobby. Teammates and opponents judge you by that badge before the first round starts, which is why the level matters so much more than the raw number.
The bands are fixed: Level 1 covers 100 to 500 Elo, Level 2 is 501 to 750, Level 3 is 751 to 900, Level 4 is 901 to 1050 and Level 5 is 1051 to 1200. Level 6 runs from 1201 to 1350, Level 7 from 1351 to 1530, Level 8 from 1531 to 1750 and Level 9 from 1751 to 2000. Level 10 starts at 2001 Elo and has no upper limit, so everyone above that line shares the same Level 10 badge.
Because the bands narrow in the middle and widen again at the top, some steps feel much harder than others. Getting from Level 7 to Level 8 needs about 180 Elo, while the jump from Level 8 to Level 9 asks for more than 200. A FACEIT boost on Boosting24 is ordered on exactly these levels: you tell us where you are now and which badge you want to see next to your name.
