Every game is played by hand, without bots or scripts, from a connection near your region and with the Battle.net authenticator on. Talents and keybinds are only changed with your consent.

An item counts as delivered only when it is on your character. A piece that cannot be obtained before the season ends is refunded, and support answers 24/7 in the order chat.
