A custom request is the service for everything that does not fit neatly into the fixed categories on Boosting24. The standard pages cover a rank boost from one tier to another, a set number of wins, placement matches and coaching, but many VALORANT goals are more specific than that. You may want a certain amount of Rank Rating, a mix of solo and duo games, a rank reached only on selected agents or a plan that combines playing and teaching. Instead of forcing that goal into a calculator, you describe it in your own words and let the boosters answer.
The competitive ladder itself stays the same whatever you order. There are nine ranks, Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Ascendant, Immortal and Radiant, and every rank except Radiant has three tiers, twenty-five steps in total. From Iron to Ascendant you collect Rank Rating inside each tier, and 100 RR promotes you to the next one; from Immortal up, RR keeps adding up towards regional thresholds. A custom request can target any part of that ladder, or something the ladder does not measure at all, such as consistency on one role.
Some requests are not about rank in the first place. Players ask for help on an account that has not yet reached account level 20, the point where ranked unlocks, or for games on the maps they want to understand better before a tournament. Others want a booster who plays only at certain hours, sticks to one agent or keeps the account away from their friends list. As long as the goal can be reached with fair play, it can be described in a custom request.
The strength of this format is that nothing is decided for you in advance. You set the goal, the limits and the timing, and boosters who read your request decide whether they can deliver it and at what price. If a request is very unusual, you simply receive fewer but more tailored offers. If it is a common goal phrased in a new way, you get the same wide choice as on the standard pages.
