A custom request is the open form of the Overwatch 2 catalogue. Rank boosts, win boosts, placement matches and coaching each follow a fixed shape, but many goals do not fit any of them: a mix of roles, a target on a single hero, a schedule tied to a tournament or a combination of playing and teaching. Instead of forcing that goal into a calculator, you describe it in your own words. Verified players read it and answer with an offer built around exactly what you asked for.
The game itself gives plenty of room for such goals. Competitive play runs in Role Queue, where each team fields one Tank, two Damage heroes and two Supports and every role keeps its own rank, and in Open Queue, which has a single rank for all heroes. The skill tiers run from Bronze through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Master and Grandmaster up to Champion, each split into five divisions, and your rank moves after every match. A single account can therefore hold very different positions on different roles, and many requests are about bringing them in line.
Since February 2026 Blizzard calls the game simply Overwatch, and the modes around competitive play keep changing from season to season. Stadium, for example, has its own rank progression separate from the classic ladder. When a new mode, a new hero or a new seasonal goal appears, it rarely has a ready-made service on day one, and a custom request is the way to order it anyway. You are not limited by what the page offers; you are limited only by what a good player can honestly do in the game.
A custom request also suits customers who are not sure which service they need. If you only know that you want to feel more confident on Support, or that you want to be ready for a new season with friends, write that down. The players who send offers will suggest the shape that fits, whether that is a few duo sessions, a short coaching plan or a set number of wins, and you pick the proposal that makes the most sense to you.
