The eleven lair bosses
Diablo 4 has eleven lair bosses, fought in their lairs with lair keys: Varshan, Grigoire, Beast in the Ice, Lord Zir, Urivar, Duriel, Andariel, Harbinger, Bloody Butcher, Belial and Corrupted Reaper.
Each one has its own loot table of Unique and Mythic Unique items. The boss you farm is the first decision of the order, because it decides which pieces can drop at all.
Andariel, Duriel and Belial are the bosses players name most when they hunt Mythic Uniques, while the others are farmed for the Uniques that complete a specific build. One order covers one boss.
Torment tiers and loot
Lord of Hatred expanded Torment from four tiers to twelve, Torment I to Torment XII. The tier sets the loot: the higher it is, the better the chances of Unique and Mythic Unique drops from every kill.
The difficulty is unlocked per account through The Pit. Torment I opens after clearing Tier 10, and the higher Torments ask for higher Pit clears, so the tier you order must already be open on your account.
A higher tier makes the boss far more dangerous and slower to kill, which is why boosters weigh it in their offers. If your tier is not open yet, pick a lower one or order a Pit push first.
Lair keys, self-play and piloted
Every fight is opened with lair keys. Some boosters include the keys in their offer and farm them themselves, others ask you to bring keys on your character; agree on it in the chat before you accept.
In a piloted order your booster plays your character with your Battle.net or console account, you approve the authenticator request, and every drop lands on your account.
In self-play you join your booster’s group with your own character and share no login. The group carries the kills, and you agree beforehand whose keys open each fight, because that decides who is rewarded for it.
How the order runs on the marketplace
You post the boss, the number of kills, the platform, the realm and your Torment tier. Verified boosters send offers with their own price and timing, and you compare their profiles, ratings and reviews before you accept one.
After you accept, the order chat is where you agree the details: the item you are after, who brings the lair keys and, in a piloted order, the sign-in. The live stream option lets you watch the fights through a private link.
