Boosting24 uses Stripe Connect to securely handle payouts for Boosters and Coaches. As part of the booster application and onboarding process, you may be asked to complete Stripe verification. Verification is handled directly by Stripe and may be required before payouts can be received.
During Stripe verification, you may be asked to:
- Confirm your email address
- Verify your phone number via SMS
- Choose your account type, such as Individual or Business
- Enter personal and/or business details
- Provide a valid bank account supported by Stripe, usually in IBAN format where applicable
- Complete any additional identity, tax, or compliance checks required by Stripe
⚠️ Stripe payouts can only be sent to the payout method accepted and verified by Stripe for your country. If Stripe is not available to you, contact our support and we will look for another way to pay you out.
💸 Requesting a Withdrawal
Once your account is approved and you have completed orders, you request a payout from your seller panel:
- Log in and open your seller panel.
- In the side menu, click Payouts – your available balance is shown there.
- Choose a payout method and enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Click Request Payout and confirm.
Payout fees depend on the payment provider – each one charges differently. Boosting24 pays out through Stripe, where a payout costs €3.99 + 0.01% of the amount and the minimum payout is €10.00.
For comparison, other providers are noticeably more expensive: a PayPal payout typically costs around €5.00 + 4%, and a crypto payout around €5.00 + 8%. With those providers the minimum payout is also higher – €100.00. Rates as of 17 September 2026.
⏱ When Are Funds Available?
Funds become available after the order is completed and accepted by the client, but not earlier than 7 days after the payment is received through Stripe.
Once the requirements are met, the amount will appear as ready to payout in your seller panel.
Stripe Connect payouts are sent only to the Stripe account connected and verified during onboarding, and usually arrive within 1–2 working days. Stripe may require additional verification before releasing payouts.
A payout that cannot go through Stripe has to be processed by hand by our team, so it can take up to 5 working days.

- Stripe handles identity verification, payout details, and bank account verification.
- Boosting24 does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment authentication data.
- Boosting24 may store payment status, transaction IDs, commission records, service fee records, and related information for operational, legal, accounting, security, and dispute purposes.
- Payout processing times may depend on Stripe, your country, your bank, and compliance checks.
- If there is a dispute, refund request, chargeback, suspicious activity, or violation of platform rules, payouts may be temporarily held until the case is reviewed.
