However, the current Season 3 Act II Battle Pass progression is scheduled to end on January 6, 2027 at 08:59 CET, with the pass deactivating the following day. This is a confirmed Battle Pass deadline, not necessarily the final ranked cutoff.

Does your LoL rank reset when the season ends?
Not after every season. Riot currently divides the ranked year into three seasons, but your rank and LP carry over between seasons within the same year.
The main ranked reset happens when a new ranked year begins, usually in January. This is when players go through a new placement process.
Seasonal rewards are a separate matter. Riot sets the requirements for each season, so always check the current rules rather than assuming they are identical to last year's.
